Payment

Payment for the first session is due prior to the initial session. This can be paid via paypal or e-transfer to lilcsemailacct@gmail.com

Fees

In-Person, telephone or video sessions $140 per 50 minute session

E-counselling $140 per hour of time spent by therapist on e-counselling reply to client
Communication and collaboration with workers, family, foster family, schools and other health care professionals $140 per hour of time spent on these activities
Travel to clients (upon request) $140 per hour of time spent travelling

Video sessions are $135.60 per 50 minute session

Cancellation Policy
Please notify therapist within 48 hours if you are unable to attend your scheduled appointment. If you do not provide notice within 48 hours, you will be required to pay the full session rate as this time is set aside specifically for you. If you arrive late for an appointment you will be charged for the full session.

Bad Weather
In the case of extreme weather conditions please listen to radio station AM 560 to know about session cancellations. If sessions must be cancelled due to weather you may call to reschedule your appointment or you will be called to ask if you would like to reschedule.

Insurance
Services may be covered in full or part by your health insurance or employee benefit plan. Please check your insurance coverage carefully prior to beginning sessions as it is your responsibility to determine if your insurance company will cover the cost of services and to know how to do so.
