Fees and Insurance

Payment

Payment for the first session is due prior to the initial session. This can be paid via paypal or e-transfer to lilcsemailacct@gmail.com

**Please note: fees will change as of February 1, 2026 to reflect the ongoing education/training of the professional as well as the current financial trends around us.

For all subsequent sessions payment is due at the time of service. Payments are made through the paypal window below [where you can use your credit card] or in an e-transfer to lilcsemailacct@gmail.com. Please click below to make a payment.

***Note: as of June 2024, the practice of Regulated Psychotherapy is now exempt from HST.

Fees

In-Person, telephone or video sessions with Lucy areĀ $170 per 50 minute session

In-Person, telephone or video sessions with Michael areĀ $150 per 50 minute session

Cancellation Policy
Please notify therapist within 48 hours if you are unable to attend your scheduled appointment. If you do not provide notice within 48 hours, you will be required to pay the full session rate as this time is set aside specifically for you. If you arrive late for an appointment you will be charged for the full session.

Bad Weather
In the case of extreme weather conditions you will be contacted by phone or email on the morning of your appointment. Session will be rescheduled or we can shift the session to an online or phone appointment.

Insurance
Services may be covered in full or part by your health insurance or employee benefit plan. Please check your insurance coverage carefully prior to beginning sessions as it is your responsibility to determine if your insurance company will cover the cost of services and to know how to do so.
